Søren Kierkegaard speaks of the Stone as a major contention in the History of Philosophy in his Journals. I tend to agree with his assesment. For philosopher’s the Stone just can’t be pushed aside if it was in fact rolled away. It must be faced sqaurely and honestly. Should you attempt to walk around the Stone be sure to pack a lunch, your in for a long walk.
